Evelien and Eric’s son (7) does not want to eat and the treatment is unaffordable for them

“How long can we keep this up?” Evelien Martens (42) and Eric Maes (43) from Stekene are sounding the alarm: their son Noah (7) has an eating disorder and because the treatment – which costs at least 400 euros per month – is not reimbursed, they cannot give it to him. However, Noah is not an isolated case, says the expert. “This eating disorder is now more common than anorexia.”
