In January, Iltalehti’s reader wondered about the changed taste of Valio Aura cheese. Now home cooks on social media are writing about a new observation. According to them, the composition of Valio Emmental Sinileima cheese is different from before.

The writer who made the lasagna said in the Facebook group of home cooks that the cheese sauce went wrong, when the cheese, which already felt particularly hard during the grating stage, did not settle in the sauce but turned into lumps in the milk.

According to Valio, no changes have been made to the manufacturing method of Valio Emmental Sinileima cheese and there have been no disruptions in production. All batches of cheese go through a sensory sales approval before they are delivered to the store shelf.
