The KaDeWe Group has a new purchasing manager.
Julie Gasperini has been appointed to the role of Director Buying at KaDeWe GmbH, as the parent company of KaDeWe in Berlin, Alsterhaus in Hamburg and Oberpollinger in Munich announced on Thursday. In her new role, she will assume overall responsibility for purchasing for all three houses from Simone Heift, who will be leaving the group after 14 years.
With Gasperini, the company is promoting a talent from its own ranks. The designated head of purchasing has been working for the group for more than eleven years, most recently as Director Buying Commercial, as can be seen from her profile on the career network Linkedin.

CMO Simone Heift is leaving the group
The outgoing Heift worked for the company for over ten years as Director Buying & Merchandising and member of the Executive Board. Since 2024, she has also held the title of Chief Merchandising Officer. It is currently unknown what will happen next for her career.
Before joining the KaDeWe Group, she also worked as Fashion Director at Karstadt Warenhaus GmbH and as Head of Buying for the luxury mall Quartier 206.
