Wellness coach Nanna Karalahti opens up Afloatin the latest episode of the podcast Karita Tykän with.
The relationship between the two has come to a head when Tykä’s company recently filed for bankruptcy against Karalahti’s company. Karalahten Nansport Oy had not paid Tykä’s receivables of almost 57,000 euros.
Tykkä has not commented on the matter in public.
According to Karalahti, there is no open dispute between the entrepreneurs.
– Publicity was what I absolutely did not want for this matter and I emphasized many times that these matters should not be made public, says Karalahti.
Karalahti says that he collaborated with Tykä for many years and in the process they became friends.
– Karita left unexpectedly. However, he announced that he is leaving and will not be doing any such competitive activity. After a month, I got over it. He received the final bill and I acknowledged it or my case manager acknowledged that it was ok. Before we found out that he has done a competitive activity.

The welfare influencer tried to discuss the matter with Tykä. According to Karalahti, he received a message from Tykä’s lawyer in December.
– It’s as if there wasn’t that conversation connection, Karalahti says.
He talks about the message he sent at the end of December.
– I’ve told you that I want to pay the bill, even though I’m offended by his actions, because he was at my summer party last year, at my birthday, and then he secretly or not now secretly, but nevertheless did this in the background, which I think is a certain kind of moral issue, perhaps in a human relationship, that this kind of thing should not be done. Of course, it is also legal that this is not done either.
Karalahti emphasizes that he would have liked to pay in installments.
– It wasn’t about the long payment period. I didn’t ask for five years.
– The fact that I’m asking for a little time to pay, I don’t think it’s as bad as it might seem from the outside. We are not going bankrupt. This is just the means by which he wants that money immediately.
Karalahti says in the podcast that he has not requested an investigation into Tykä.
Host Katri Utula asks if Karalahti will pay the amount to Tykä.
– It is paid for and taken care of. It has just been cleared these days.
Iltalehti could not reach Karita Tykka to comment on Karalahti’s comments.
Karalahti has commented on the bankruptcy case before on social media.
– To the event in the media: It’s just that we have withheld a few invoices, because there are issues to be clarified regarding the start of Karita’s business, Nanna Karalahti said on her Instagram account.
– In our view, this bankruptcy has only been initiated due to pressure, and does not cause us any concern.
Karalahti has sued her ex-spouse Jere Karalahten unpaid child support payments. The challenge was filed in the district court of Länsi-Uusimaa on November 14, 2025. At that time, Nanna applied for alimony retroactively for a period of six months, i.e. from May 1, 2025 until the children come of age.
