Coach Mehmet Topal made a statement to the Romanian press. Mehmet Topal, who coached Petrolul Ploieşti twice last season, will be the head of Petrolul Ploieşti again.
Topal stated that he reached an agreement with the Romanian club and will sign an official contract within a few days. The 40-year-old coach will coach Ploieşti until the end of the season.
