Tell us a little about yourself and what the beginnings of your profession were like.
I am Aixa Yael Aybar, from Formosa, a lawyer graduated from Docta (UNC), where I trained academically and took my first steps as a professional.
The first years, after I graduated, the mother of a friend, a trial lawyer and professor at the school, helped me with some Pension cases, and taught me a lot about this branch of law.
I trained and learned in practice what the pension field was all about. Then, with another colleague, we started offering this service, and growing in the field.
Today what services do you provide?
Currently, from my law firm we accompany the client from the planning of their retirement to the post-retirement period, evaluating whether their payment is correct and, if not, we process the respective readjustments.
We recently launched the “PREVIFLIX” online academy, a series of courses on pension law. It consists of “4 seasons”, from the initiation season in pension law to the season focused on the processing of salary adjustments.
This saga is intended for both legal professionals and advanced students of the career. It is a very useful tool for students, as it provides them with practical skills, which are generally not included in the degree programs, quickly facilitating a job opportunity.
After having worked for several years based on trial and error, I found it very valuable to be able to provide my knowledge and practical tools to those who want to venture into this area.
What plans do you have for 2026?
Regarding the growth projection of the study, we seek to continue adding updates that may be useful both for our clients and for the students who choose to train in our online school.
As well as, projecting expansion outside national borders. Seeing the need of many people who have worked in different countries, and who at the time of retirement find themselves lost and confused about what and how they should process their retirement.
Through your profession and activity you found a way to help people who have no one to turn to at such an important stage in their lives…
The most relevant and satisfying thing is to be able to be useful to many people who are closing a stage in their lives and help them start, in the best possible way, this new “post-work” stage. Being able to help them obtain their benefit in the best and most agile way possible, that is the mission.
Our role is to accompany them throughout the entire process and make it as simple as possible.
