This year, Record Store Day brings with it around 500 exclusive vinyl releases. The release list for Germany, Austria and Switzerland can now be viewed.
Record Store Day returns on April 18, 2026 – and with it an extensive list of exclusive and strictly limited vinyl releases. The release overview for Germany, Austria and Switzerland that has now been published includes around 500 titles that will only be available in participating independent record stores on the day of the campaign.
As in previous years, the focus is on limited special editions, first releases on vinyl and exclusive pressings that were produced specifically for Record Store Day. And: Further additions to the list are possible, so it’s worth checking regularly for updates.
From Charli XCX to Ideal
This year’s releases include numerous international artists, including Motörhead, Paramore, Niall Horan, David Bowie, Bruno Mars, Charli XCX and The Last Dinner Party. The German-speaking region is also prominently represented – including SEEED, MIA., Thomas D, Ideal, Element Of Crime and Antilopen Gang.
As an official ambassador for Record Store Day 2026, Till Brönner will also be there with an exclusive release on vinyl.
An overview of selected releases from the Record Store Day list 2026
Paramore – “All We Know Is Falling (Deluxe Edition)”: Reissued deluxe version of the debut album, including the first vinyl release of the rare “The Summer Tic EP” from 2006.
Niall Horan – “Flicker featuring the RTÉ Orchestra”: Live recording from Dublin with symphonic accompaniment. The best-known songs from Horan’s multi-platinum debut album appear on vinyl for the first time.
Bruno Mars – “Collaborations (RSD 2026 Exclusive)”: Compilation with well-known collaborations, including “Uptown Funk” (with Mark Ronson), “Die With A Smile” (with Lady Gaga) and “APT.” (with ROSE).
Charli XCX – “party 4 u”: The single is released for the first time as a 7-inch vinyl on ultra-clear vinyl.
SEEED – “Live”: Limited double LP on gold and dark red vinyl with live recordings from 2004 to 2006.
MIA. – “Zirkus (20th Anniversary Edition)”: For the 20th anniversary, the album returns to vinyl for the first time – as a strictly limited anniversary edition.
Antilopen Gang – “110 / Nobody is tracking the gang”: 7-inch maxi single on transparent blue vinyl.
Till Brönner – “Parla più piano (7-Inch)”: Limited single with two special recordings from the successful album “Italia”.

RSD Talent 2026: DUSK SAFFRON awarded
The RSD talent competition 2026 has also been decided: The Berlin shoegaze band DUSK SAFFRON was named “RSD Talent 2026”. The band is featured on the official release list with the exclusive 12-inch “A Little Death (Special Edition)”.

Charity collaboration with War Child is being expanded
Record Store Day will continue to set an example for social responsibility in 2026. In cooperation with War Child, three charity releases by Jeremy Days, Grobschnitt and Extrabreit, are being released via Universal Music. For every record sold, one euro is donated to the aid organization.
