IFCO Istanbul Fashion Connection – international meeting point for the fashion industry

In February, Istanbul will once again become the international meeting point for the fashion industry: From February 4th to 7th, 2026, the IFCO – Istanbul Fashion Connection will open its doors for the ninth time in the Istanbul Expo Center and combine the creative design understanding and the industrial strength of the Turkish clothing industry on a globally oriented business platform.

With around 400 exhibiting companies in six halls, 30,000 expected visitors and buyers from 125 countries, IFCO 2026 offers a comprehensive overview of all segments of the ready-to-wear industry – from womenswear, menswear and kidswear to eveningwear, lingerie and denim. International B2B meetings and a strong buyer profile underline the importance of the trade fair as a central procurement and ordering platform between Europe, Asia, the Middle East and North America.

Since its founding, IFCO – Istanbul Fashion Connection has developed into one of the most internationally relevant fashion and order platforms in Europe. In the previous editions from 2022 to 2025 (February and August editions respectively), the trade fair has achieved impressive reach with 3,340 exhibitors and over 210,000 trade visitors from 165 countries. The figures underline IFCO’s dynamic development and its growing importance as an international business platform that sustainably connects Turkish design and production expertise with global markets.

IFCO exhibitors: design expertise at an international quality level

The highlights include The Core Istanbul (Hall 7), which brings together international buyers with a curated selection of a total of 23 Turkish designers, including Özlem Süer, Mehtap Elaidi, Emre Erdemoğlu and Ceren Ocak, and specifically translates creative design into commercial potential. This is complemented by the Brands Area, in which established labels such as İpekyol, Jimmy Key, Kiğılı, Twist and Panço are represented.

Another central element is Fashionist (Hall 5), the signature area for evening, bridal and occasion wear, where leading brands such as Carmen, Serabella, Maxra Govana, Lacrima and Doridorca present the high craftsmanship and design diversity of Turkish occasion wear. With growing numbers of exhibitors, IFCO Kids (Hall 8) is bringing innovative, sustainable and design-oriented collections for children’s and babywear into the spotlight of exhibitors such as Incity, Katamino, Loco Loco Kids and Escabel Kids, while Linexpo (Hall 6) is appearing for the first time under the IFCO umbrella as a comprehensive platform for lingerie, hosiery, swimwear and loungewear – with well-known brands such as Monomisse, Elisma, Anıl and Artış Collection.

IFCO 2026 provides additional impetus with new formats: The E2B Area strengthens know-how around e-commerce, export strategies and digital business models; the IFCO Fashion Talks bring international voices like Benedetta Rossi Albini into conversation with designers about global fashion narratives and contemporary creativity.

The trade fair experience is rounded off by a high-quality seminar and trend program, curated in collaboration with the Istanbul Fashion Academy (IMA), which offers insights into macro trends for spring/summer 2027/28, sustainable growth, digitalization and the use of artificial intelligence in the fashion industry.
