Hatice survives the surgery, but is not out of danger
In the meantime Dr. Jale tells Enver that Hatice passed the surgery. The news is immediately reported to Şirin, who rushes to the hospital together with the children. But the illusion lasts very little. While waiting for encouraging news to arrive from intensive care, Şirin has a devastating nervous breakdown.

Terrified of losing her mother, Şirin runs to Bahar’s room. Here, between tears and sobs, he asks her for forgiveness for all the harm he has done to her. In her madness she is convinced that only an extreme gesture like this can save Hatice. But Despite the doctors’ efforts, Hatice dies.
At the news, Şirin completely loses control and attacks Arif, accusing him of being responsible for the tragedy.
