Meteorologist Anniina Valtonen explains what the “pakhura” she saw on her back during Wednesday night’s weather broadcast was.

Valtonen performed at 6 pm on the weather broadcast in a green dress and beige shoes. As she turned sideways to refer to the weather map, a distinct bulge stood out on the back of the dress.

The meteorologist has opened His Instagram in the stories section to his followers. Instagram stories can be viewed 24 hours after they are published.

– For those wondering, this lump on my back is nothing to worry about or dangerous to my health, he writes in a screenshot of that weather broadcast.

He has circled the bump on his back in white in the picture and continues the text:

– It’s about the receivers of my microphone and ear monitor, he says with a laughing emoticon.

In the video she shared with her Instagram followers yesterday, Anniina Valtonen showed what it’s like to work in weather broadcasts behind the scenes.

The morning shift starts three hours before the live broadcast, and the night before the video, Valtonen had only slept briefly, a total of about five hours.

– At the moment I feel bad, but fatigue always causes me to feel bad. I know that when I go to that workplace, I open the weather maps and start doing chores, I’ll cheer up. Then the bad feeling goes away, he said.

Valtonen headed straight to his workplace to grab the weather maps and his breakfast. When the maps were finished, Valtonen went to change his clothes and apply make-up.

– I’ll go get the mic and then the morning will start. When adrenaline rushes into the body, it perks up and then the morning goes by its own weight.

After the three-hour live broadcast, the weather forecast was shown on the screen every half hour.

– After that, you can go home to sleep. At the moment, I feel like instead of going there to work, I would like to curl up in my own bed and go back to sleep, Valtonen described.
