Harry Styles’ new album, “Kiss All The Time. Disco, Occasionally.”, is in the starting blocks and will be released on March 6th. One question about the record is whether the Brit will pay musical tribute to his late former bandmate Liam Payne. One detail in the album announcement leaves room for speculation.
Tragic accident
Liam Payne and Harry Styles were part of the boy band One Direction for six years – from 2010 to 2016 – and celebrated great success with them. Then all members continued as solo artists.
On October 16, 2024, Payne had a tragic accident in the Argentine capital Buenos Aires. He fell from the third floor of a hotel balcony and died as a result of polytrauma.
Bowling theme at funeral
On November 20, 2024, Liam Payne was buried in Amersham, Great Britain. In addition to Harry Styles and the remaining former One Direction members, Zayn Malik, Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson, other well-known faces from the creative industry, such as late night presenter James Corden, also appeared at the funeral.
The family of the deceased paid great attention to detail during the burial. Bowling was considered the singer’s great hobby during his lifetime. Accordingly, for example, a stand made of flowers showing a row of bowling pins was placed at the funeral service. See here:
