– I have always been the one who stays up late. I feel like I’m going to cheat a bit here, at first… Chevakova comments on the challenge.

During the project, Chevakova had many irons in the fire. Along with his work, he studied media and graduated as a radio host. At the same time, he was also training for the dance championships.

The well-being project also included managing the chaos of everyday life. At the interim meeting, Chevakova tells Lauka how the family’s weeks have been planned even more in advance and the calendar has also included, for example, shopping trips or the parents’ own workouts.

After eight weeks, Chevakova analyzes the effects of the wellness change.

– I have benefited a lot from this. I have had to think about things in a different way and this has been a good impetus for me to move forward, what is important to me, he says.

According to Chevakova, just focusing on sleep has affected everything in a good way. He also says, among other things, that he rediscovered himself through dancing, for example, and that he also invested in his loved ones.

For example, there was no focus on weight or waist circumference in the welfare change, but Chevakova’s waist circumference will be measured again at the end of the initiation anyway. A change of a couple of centimeters has taken place.

– The fact that the stress state in the body decreases also has a positive effect on the metabolism and the fat tissue in the middle body. Would it now be the case that the state of stress has decreased and with that two centimeters have come off the waist, Laukka estimates.

– I want to emphasize that you haven’t had anything to drop, but this kind of change is also visible here.

There has also been a change in ferritin, i.e. the storage iron value. Chevakova’s values ​​were low at the beginning. When she hears about the current situation, Chevakova’s mouth drops open.

– What? So wow.

Chevakova’s iron values ​​have almost doubled from before.

– The increase in ferritin surprised me. I didn’t think it would have risen so much. I haven’t done anything miraculous in itself other than eating more meat and spinach, he says.

There is also a clear change in recovery and sleep quality.

– It’s such a big deal, feel better. I became sensitive to the fact that I feel that I have succeeded in this whole journey, Chevakova says at the end.
