The protagonist received four years in prison, two years of which were suspended, and a fine of 24,000 euros. In addition, 50,000 euros were confiscated. Other defendants received prison sentences of up to two years (partly suspended), community service and fines. Significant amounts of money were also confiscated in several cases.

When sentencing the convicts, the court took into account “the seriousness and organized nature of the facts, the repeated actions and the lack of sense of norms”. The court emphasized that the sentences imposed are also intended to “protect society and send a clear signal”.
Two defendants were no longer prosecuted because they had previously been convicted for the same offenses.
