New Ukrainian minister warns of continued manpower shortage: “Two million men have avoided military service”

As many as 2 million Ukrainians are wanted for avoiding military service. This was announced by the new Minister of Defense Mychaylo Fedorov. In addition, another 200,000 soldiers are absent without permission, while Kiev has been struggling with a manpower shortage for months.
