Leon Goretzka’s contract with Bayern only runs for six months. Barcelona and Naples have him on their list, and now another interested party has joined them.
The Italian top club AC Milan is apparently interested in signing Leon Goretzka. As the “Gazzetta dello Sport” reports, initial contacts between Milan and Goretzka are said to have already taken place.
The second-placed Serie A team is looking for a possible successor to 40-year-old Luka Modrić. Although the Croatian still has the prospect of a one-year contract extension, his decision has not yet been made.
Goretzka’s contract with FC Bayern Munich ends in the summer and the club is said to be ready to let him go. “Sport Bild” reported on Wednesday that the trend was still moving towards separation. The paper wrote about the dream of a “German AC Milan” after the club had already signed Niclas Füllkrug in December.
