The Herford-based clothing provider Bugatti GmbH has found a new person responsible for its online business. On Wednesday, the company announced that Kim-Katrijn Witzger took over the position of Head of E-Commerce on January 1st. In this role, the 30-year-old succeeded Bastian Droege, who moved to the newly created position of Head of Project Management at the beginning of the year.
According to the company, as Head of E-Commerce, Witzger is now responsible for “Bugatti’s D2C online shop, D2C marketplaces, B2B e-commerce and online marketing areas”. With her “experience in digital commerce and project management,” she will “further strengthen the brand’s online presence, offer customers a high-quality shopping experience across all digital channels and sustainably increase sales in digital sales,” according to a statement.
Witzger comes from Wrstbhvr
Witzger was most recently responsible for e-commerce at the Berlin clothing company Worst Behavior GmbH, which runs the streetwear label Wrstbhvr. Bugatti explained that their focus was on the areas of shop development, campaign management and marketplace business. Before that, she worked as a project manager for the Osnabrück agency Even on Sunday GmbH.
Florian Wortmann, who has held the position of Chief Brand and Commercial Officer at Bugatti since the beginning of January, welcomed the new colleague: “We are very pleased to have Kim-Katrijn Witzger in the team. Her experience in e-commerce will significantly advance our digital strategies,” he explained in a statement.
