The new seventh year is aimed at students who want to delve deeper into science before taking the step to higher education. “With this preparatory year, we want to strengthen students for demanding scientific courses,” the school said.
According to Sint-Jozef Humaniora, the supply responds to a clear demand. “We notice that some young people need additional depth and study skills to increase their chances of success in higher education.”
The seventh year is the first of its kind within the Catholic education network in West Flanders. The school will start the new direction from next school year.
