Man (43) kills friend (55) after an argument in an apartment in Brussels: suspect arrested

A 43-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of manslaughter in Ganshoren, a sub-municipality of Brussels. The victim is said to have been his 55-year-old friend, who, like the perpetrator, is said to have struggled with alcohol addiction.
