Poor progress for LGBTQ+ rights in Poland: only cohabitation contracts allowed

Poland has passed a law allowing same-sex couples to enter into cohabitation contracts. Under the law, these couples can notarize how, for example, rental contracts, access to each other’s medical data and alimony are arranged. Marriage is still prohibited for same-sex couples in Poland.
