Tim Boury (42) and Inge Waeles (42) from Boury restaurant in Roeselare have had a good year. Tim appeared in a hit parade of the very best chefs in the world, Michelin confirmed their three stars and Gault&Millau gave them another 19 out of 20. The HLN reader seems to realize better than they do that 2025 was a grand cru year. Boury is running so well that it sometimes feels to Tim and Inge as if they are on a fairground ride that just doesn’t want to stop. They don’t complain, but they do want to find time for themselves and their two teenage daughters.
