Questioned by investigators, Cihan (Serdar Özer) traces the dynamics of the accident that led to the death of Hazar (Serhat Tutumluer) and rejects any responsibility. “I would have thrown myself into the flames for my brother,” he underlines, but his position is increasingly critical.
The gun with which Hazar was murdered is missing and Azize (Ayde Aksel) accuses him of shooting him. Also Azize is devastated by Hazar’s death. “A mother shouldn’t see her son die,” she tells Nasuh (Macit Sonkan), who is increasingly worried because she fears that he might implement a plan against Cihan.
The pain also affects the rest of the family. Yaren (Ilay Erkök) fears her father’s detention, while Zehra (Feride Çetin) faces the loss of her husband and, at the same time, the uncertainties about how to tell Reyyan. In the background, Füsun (Aysegül Günay) ponders his next move.

Reyyan awakens from a coma to find that Hazar is dead
Finally Reyyan (Ebru Sahin) awakens from a coma. Her condition is good and she hugs little Umut again: her happiness is sky-high, she can’t wait to see Hazar again, but she feels that something terrible has happened and her instincts don’t deceive her. Miran, Zehra, Azra (Sera Kutlubey) and Mahfuz (Baris Yalçin) wonder how much longer they can hide the truth from her.
Dr. Turan advises against telling her what happened, as it could upset her and she is still too fragile to bear such pain. When Reyyan is discharged and returns home, Miran has no choice and tells her everything. The suffering is palpable, but she steels herself as always and goes to the cemetery to say goodbye.
Meanwhile, Azize is increasingly closed in her pain and even refuses the comfort of Nasuh, who begs her not to go back to what she used to be.fueled only by the thirst for revenge. His words are of little use, because a new clash will soon arrive.
Azise gets Cihan acquitted
Cihan asks to meet Miran to explain that he is the victim of a trap, like Hazar was. Azize arrives and promises to kill him as soon as he is free, but Cihan replies: what was he doing in the woods? Was she the one who shot? Miran tries to stop her grandmother: if she kills Cihan they will never find out who the real killer is.
Then Azize retracted her version and Cihan is releasedgo home, but Nasuh receives him coldly and it is clear that he thinks he is guilty; furthermore, he advises him “to disappear for a while”, perhaps in the hope that things will calm down.
In the meantime, Firat (Cahit Gök) discovers the whereabouts of Erkan, the worker fired by Cihan, and tells Miran. Realizing that his friend would be willing to kill to avenge his father, he advises him to stop before making an act that could cost him dearly.

Reyyan to Miran: «Go away»
Miran doesn’t listen to him and goes after Erkan. He finds him and orders him to tell the whole truth, but the man he has been blackmailed by Füsun: if he reveals to anyone what happened, he will never see his brother again. Despite his initial reticence, Azize’s intervention turns out to be fundamental: she grants him “the last chance” to say what happened and Erkan accepts. In exchange he asks for their protection and, after obtaining it, he begins to speak.
Miran’s absence from home causes a fight with Reyyan: his wife knows him well and knows he is about to get into trouble. Furthermore, Umut has a high fever, Reyyan is forced to accompany him to the hospital and finds herself alone again, without her husband beside her.
When they see each other again, she is angry and disappointed: her son needed him and he wasn’t there. “This is how a father behaves?” he asks, and then underlines that he hasn’t changed at all. Above all, he doesn’t want him to avenge Hazar’s death. «You have to make a choice: either choose us or you will lose everything. I’m tired of asking you to choose me and always be alone. I became a mother, but you couldn’t become a father. Go away, I can’t raise my son between fights, revenge or bullets.”
Hercailittle Umut is in danger
The day of showdown between Azize and Füsun arrives. Azize makes an appointment with Füsun and Cihan in front of an isolated house where Erkan is, but it’s a trap: as soon as the two enter, his men seize them and sprinkle petrol outside. A moment before they set the fire, Miran bursts in and gives the order for them to stop.
Try to dissuade grandma, but Azize has a fixed thought: to find out who killed Hazar and take revengethe; after which he will commit suicide to repay him for the harm done over the years. Erkan, threatened by Mahmut, confesses that it was Füsun who killed Hazar.
The tension increases, but the moment is interrupted by Reyyan’s phone call: «Miran, come immediately or they will take Umut»he says. Unfortunately Miran doesn’t make it in time because Füsun’s men raid Sadoglu palace and kidnap Umut…
