The publication of thousands of documents from his file shows that Jeffrey Epstein was reported to US authorities as early as 1996, but that warning never led to an investigation. Maria Farmer, who worked for Epstein in the mid-1990s, then went to the FBI after discovering that he had taken private photos of her underage sisters. Years later, countless more girls would become victims of abuse.
