The concert year 2026 is condensing. Now Tricky, who comes from Bristol, has also announced gigs. The trip-hop artist will play three shows in this country this summer. The start is planned for Berlin’s Huxleys, followed by a concert in Hamburg’s Mojo Club and the finale will take place in Cologne, in the canteen.
The press release for the German gigs says: “Tricky, one of the most innovative and influential artists of the past decades, is returning to the stage in 2026 with a newly conceived live show. Since his groundbreaking debut and his formative work with Massive Attack as well as other important collaborations – including with PJ Harvey and Björk – he has been considered a radical exception who continues to redefine the boundaries of modern music. Even David Bowie counted himself among his admirers and paid tribute Tricky’s uncompromising vision and creative fearlessness.”
The press release continues: “In line with the release of his new album, Tricky is now bringing this energy to Germany for three selected dates. The shows promise a powerful, atmospheric experience – including a courageous reinvention of his catalog.”

Marta Zlakowska has been announced as a special guest for the three concerts. The Polish singer has known Tricky since 2017; he also produced her debut album “When It’s Going Wrong” – although the vinyl release only bears her name and the digital version is constantly mentioned as a work by Marta And Tricky.

Tickets for the concerts have been available from all known ticket offices since Wednesday, December 17th. The cost: 46 euros.
