Ukraine’s internal security service SBU says it has attacked a Russian submarine in the port of Novorossiysk. The ship, which was anchored in the Russian port on the Black Sea, was said to have been seriously damaged. It is a first in the war, as it is the first time that Ukraine has attacked a ship in a Russian naval base.
