Film director Rob Reiner and his spouse Michele Reiner was found dead in his Los Angeles home yesterday Sunday.
The website TMZ reported that their son Nick has been arrested in connection with the incident.

According to the LA Times Rob and Nick had a violent fight on Saturday night at host Conan O’Brien’s Christmas party. According to the newspaper’s sources, many people at the party heard a loud argument. According to the party guests, Nick had been behaving strangely.
According to TMZ, Rob and Michele left the party after an argument.

So far, the police have not said much about the case.
The couple was found dead around 3:30 PM in their home in Brentwood, Los Angeles. According to TMZ, their throats were slit.
32-year-old Nick, who has suffered from substance abuse problems, is now being held on suspicion of murdering his parents on bail of around 4 million euros.

Rob Reiner is known as a Hollywood actor and director. His directing credits include films such as: The Princess Robbery (1987), Stand by Me – Last Summer (1986), When Harry Met Sally (1989) and Hey, we rock! (This Is Spinal Tap, 1984).
Reiner is also remembered for his role Family is the worst in the series, where he played the character of Michael Stivic. The character was also known as “Läskipää”.
