Among the agendas of the Lega Assembly is the proposal from the Rossoneri club. Furlani’s satisfaction: “We are happy that the Lega Serie A has decided to look into it further”
Among the topics on the agenda of the League Assembly on 12 December was Milan’s proposal to put a cap on the cost of tickets for the visiting sector. It is a well-known issue, raised over the years by fans who complain about the high cost of tickets (to which must be added the inevitable logistics costs), and which has now officially entered the classroom in Via Rosellini. From there this response came out: “The Assembly took into consideration Milan’s proposal to put a ceiling on the price of the ticket for the away section – explained Lega president Ezio Simonelli on the sidelines –. I don’t think there is much agreement but it was decided to set up a Commission which will have to lead to a proposal and then a vote”. The Rossoneri proposal, which other teams such as Juventus and Inter have also joined, would set the cost of tickets for any away match at a maximum of 30 euros: a controlled price, in short, as already happens in other top leagues in Europe. The comment from AC Milan CEO Giorgio Furlani was satisfied: “We are happy that the Lega Serie A has decided to look further into our proposal, establishing a dedicated Commission within which we will continue to push to quickly arrive at a concrete result.”
