Car neatly parked, yet four fines: this is the bizarre reason
A man in a village south of London has been fined four times after a disabled parking space was painted around his parked car. The owner of the car, who wishes to remain anonymous, left his car on a public road near his home while on holiday last month. When he returned from vacation, he saw four fines on the mat. Surveillance camera footage shared by the man on social media shows workers painting lines for a disabled parking space around his Audi. As a result, parking attendants will issue him tickets between November 22 and 26, according to The Telegraph.
