Paramount wants to hijack Netflix deal and makes $108 billion offer for Warner Bros

Paramount Skydance has launched a hostile takeover bid of 108.4 billion dollars (93 billion euros) to acquire Warner Bros. Discovery in its entirety. The offer for the complete takeover of Warner Bros offers shareholders $18 billion more than the offer of streaming service Netflix, Paramount reports.
