Olcay Gulsen has completely destroyed Johan Derksen since she dismissed his favorite table guest Wierd Duk as a ‘passionate racist’. What does she think of his persistent sneering?
It seems like things will never work out between Johan Derksen and Olcay Gulsen. The entrepreneur will never participate in his talk show Today Inside since she called Wierd Duk a ‘passionate racist’. She is now forever on the VI mustache blacklist and he regularly makes this clear to her.
‘Doesn’t bother me!’
Johan now invariably calls Olcay ‘gold digger’, because she has entered into a relationship with the wealthy Eelko van Kooten. “What about Johan Derksen, with whom you were first very close on the VI program and who now says about you that you are a ‘chatty gold digger’?” the magazine asks Weekend her.
She then replies: “That seriously doesn’t bother me, it really doesn’t. I know that these kinds of comments belong to the man. I don’t see it as something personal, because it’s not about me.”
Blaricum
That filthy rich guy brought Olcay from Amsterdam. They now live in the rich people’s village of Blaricum. “I find Blaricum quite boring. I really like the bustle of the city and its multiculturalism. But in return I get a lot of rest, I sleep well and I don’t hear an ambulance in the street every five minutes.”
She continues: “I don’t miss that. But I’m still there every day for work, so I have the best of both worlds.”

Finally: what does Olcay hope for the year 2026? “I’m taking a big step to go international with my beauty products. It would be great if that really works in 2026. I would also like to make a good TV program. In the past I have done entertainment programs and I like that.”
“But when I talk about a self-chosen program, it is in line with the social TV programs that I have made before. There is still a lot of ignorance when it comes to domestic violence and femicide. Unfortunately, it is more relevant than ever.”
