Tenants can buy a home
A few weeks ago, after previous reporting from NH, residents were informed by landlord Hoen. Some of the apartments will be rented again, others will be sold. Sales will start once legal steps, including setting up an HOA, have been completed. Residents who are interested in purchasing an apartment or their own home can make this known.
Vacancy ordinance
According to Hoen, the rental of the apartments that remain available will start again soon. The municipality keeps a close eye on this because of the vacancy ordinance, which states that homes may not be vacant for more than six months.
