NATO wants to respond more aggressively to Russian sabotage: “Deterrence through retaliation or preventive strikes”

NATO is considering a more aggressive response to Russia’s increasing hybrid attacks. Italian General Giuseppe Cavo Dragone, chairman of the alliance’s Military Committee, said this in an interview with the British business newspaper ‘The Financial Times’. “We need to take a hard look at how we can achieve deterrence: through retaliation or through pre-emptive strikes.”
