A woman on a mobility scooter was seriously injured on Wednesday evening after she was hit by a van on the Ringbaan Noord. The woman was rushed to hospital.
The woman crossed the Ringbaan Noord around seven o’clock to the Parallelweg. A van was driving on that road. However, the driver overlooked the woman.
The woman was seriously injured in the collision and was rushed to hospital. The mobility scooter was completely shattered.
The police are investigating the collision. The Parallelweg is closed.
