The NFL match between the San Francisco 49ers and the Carolina Panthers ended with an episode that surprised the viewers, when the 49ers’ Jauan Jennings went to the Panthers’ Tre’von Moehrig and hit him on the helmet with his open palm. The reason for the attack became clear only later from the slow motion picked up on ESPN’s broadcast. It was revealed that earlier in the game, Moehrig had punched his opponent in the crotch with such force that Jennings’ feet were knocked off the court.
