Wall Street opened divided on Tuesday, but the Nasdaq tech exchange is clearly taking a step back after Monday’s strong gain and opens 0.5 percent lower. ABN Amro remains the leader in the AEX after announcing a reorganization early this morning. ABN Amrol is up 6.2 percent two hours before closing and the AEX gains 0.1 percent.
