The Helsinki district court tells Iltalehti that Therman was sentenced to a 20-day fine. With his income, this makes 9840 euros.

In addition to this, Therman was ordered to pay compensation of 221.31 euros to the interested party.

The sentence was handed down on Thursday, November 20. The judgment is not binding.

The first to report on Therman’s fine Ilta-Sanomat.

At Therman, the amount of a one-day fine is 492 euros. With the police fine counter calculated, this means that Therman’s monthly income is around 30,000 euros.

According to Iltalehti’s tax machine, Therman’s total income in 2024 was a total of 540,000 euros. The income consisted entirely of capital income. In 2023, Therman earned one million euros.

Iltalehti reported in June that charges had been brought against Therman for the events of Sunday, April 27. According to the taxi owner interviewed by Iltalehti, Therman had boarded him in Helsinki and through various stages wanted to get out of the car.

According to the taxi operator, Therman, who was confused, had removed the taxi’s rear windshield wiper and broken it, and then ran away. The taxi operator called the police and followed Therman to his home, after which the two were left to sort out the matter. Therman was charged with minor damage.

The businessman has been on the defendant’s bench several times. In 2023, the district court of Lapland convicted Therman of two illegal threats, endangering traffic safety, gross breach of domestic peace and a firearms offence. The verdict came from a situation where Therman walked with a rifle to a cabin in Kittilä. There have also been judgments regarding other rights.
