TENNIS – Max Houkes from Sleen has lost the final of the hard court tournament in Luanda in Angola, Africa. The Frenchman Florent Bax was too strong with 7-6 and 6-3.
For Houkes it was his first final on hard court. He naturally performs better on clay. In total, it was his fifth final of this season.
Houkes started the tournament in Angola as the first seeded player. He is currently ranked 270 in the world.
The 25-year-old Drent can take revenge next week. He will play another tournament in the same place, at the same club starting tomorrow.
