Future Of Festivals 2025 brings the festival industry together at Station Berlin – with 350 exhibitors and 150 speakers.
It’s that time again: The Future Of Festivals is entering its next round in Berlin. In a new location with twice as much space, the trade fair and conference offers a place for exchange for the festival and event industry.
Future of Festivals Berlin: This is what the future fair for festivals offers
This year’s industry event will take place at Station Berlin on Thursday and Friday, November 27th and 28th. 350 exhibitors from Europe and around the world will present themselves in four halls as well as additional foyers and studios. On 12,000 square meters they show innovative solutions – from sustainable event technology to security concepts and digital tools for festival management.
Speaker program, networking and promotion of independent festivals
Around 150 speakers provide insights into current developments and future trends in the festival industry. This year’s program revolves around the globally growing festival and event industry. Included are Holger Hübner (Wacken Open Air), Anouk Winant (Tomorrowland) and John Rostron (Association of Independent Festivals).
Participants can network via the delegate database. Interactive discussion and exchange formats such as the 360-degree theater and a roundtable offer additional opportunities for making contacts. In addition, the Future Of Festivals ensures more diversity among smaller and independent festivals with a delegate trip. Guided start-up tours are intended to provide practical and affordable options for a wide range of festival sizes.
