Die Toten Hosen are going on tour again after a three-year break. The concerts planned for 2026 are largely sold out. Due to high demand the tour has been extended. So far, a million tickets have been sold.

Big rush for tickets

In the coming year 2026, the Düsseldorfers will tour halls and stadiums in Germany and Argentina. Some dates on the “Trink Out! We Have to Go” tour were sold out after just a few minutes. The band announced that additional shows have been planned. Frontman Campino said about the rush for tickets: “The great response to our tour announcement really touched us. That’s why we decided to play a few additional shows in selected cities.”

Five new dates have been announced in Germany for 2027. These take place in Nuremberg, Mannheim, Leipzig, Braunschweig and Düsseldorf.

Is the “Trink Aus! We Have to Go” tour your last?

The rush for tickets could be related to the name of the tour. Fans are concerned with the thought that this could be the group’s last tour. The band, founded in 1982, is still one of the most commercially successful rock groups in Germany.

The musicians have not yet commented on this. On their website it simply says: “In the fifth decade after our founding, we feel a desire and a hunger for concerts like rarely before. Maybe this is also due to our life situation: We know that we are on the home stretch with our career and that such journeys will come to an end at some point. That’s why we want to set off again with old and new songs and play every evening as if it were our last!”
