The Instagram account @bynereaok published a video that went viral: a compilation of statements by Eugenia “La China” Suárez about her partners over the years. The images cover different stages of his public life and expose a common thread in his way of narrating the links. The names change—Nicolás Cabré, Benjamín Vicuña, Rusher King and, now, Mauro Icardi—but the phrases and sensations she describes are repeated almost identically.

With Nicolás Cabré, Suárez remembers: “I met him and said: he is the father of my children.” It was the first categorical formulation that would later reappear in other relationships.

When talking about Benjamín Vicuña, the actress insisted that he and Pampita “were separated,” the phrase she repeats the most and that functions as her usual defense against the fame of “husband-stealers” that followed her in several media scandals. He also listed virtues: “Benjamín is wonderful as a human being, a good son, a good friend.” And after the media chaos derived from that relationship, he stated: “What I take away from all this exposure and this mess is that love always wins.”

Years later, with the ragpicker Rusher King, eight years younger, the coincidences returned. “I didn’t want to know anything about falling in love, but I met him and it was different from everything. It had never happened to me before. A half-inexplicable connection that I can’t even explain,” he said. There he also repeated that he was “a good friend, a good son.” He even highlighted something that he would later say about Icardi: “I didn’t know he was so tall.” About the beginning of the romance, he said: “He hugged me and I thought: please don’t let him let go of me ever again.”

In his most recent interviews, already in a relationship with Mauro Icardi, the coincidences intensify. In talks with Mario Pergolini and Moria Casán, Suárez once again used expressions identical to those in previous links. He spoke of “a very strong connection,” that “something that he cannot explain happened to him, it is the first time it has happened to him,” and again he stressed that he “was separated,” a defensive formula that reappears every time he faces rumors of third parties in disagreement. He also repeated that “he didn’t want to know anything,” as he had said about Rusher King, and reacted in a similar way to those who predicted their future together: “I don’t know why they say that.”

The video closes with a phrase about Icardi that condenses the intensity with which Suárez expresses himself about each couple: “He is the best, he sets the bar too high. I hope I die next to him.”

As a whole, the compilation reveals the same emotional pulse: resounding phrases, outbursts that seem unique each time and sentimental turns that are repeated almost identically. This pattern, which she presents as exceptional, ends up diluting the impact and makes what she tries to show as unrepeatable less special.
