The Dutch Railways are purchasing 36 new sprinters for more than 400 million euros. The ‘hypermodern’ trains, named Flirt Flex, will have the classic yellow-blue NS appearance again, unlike the current sprinters, the railway company announced. The first trains are expected to hit the Dutch railways in 2030.
