Of course, it’s not easy being a national coach. The boys come as an example and then have three or four sessions and have to play on Saturdays. That means the rehearsed is really difficult and takes time. A World Cup preparation training camp is of course really important. You have certain principles within the teams of clubs that you take over. And that’s why these fluctuations in performance are simply there, because the players are simply not at their maximum level at the beginning of the season. So look at the table Norway and England are the only two teams with Spain Spain too that have maximum points. Whether this is France, whether this is Portugal, whether this is Austria. Nobody left with the maximum number of points. That means the small nations are getting better and better and that means if the big ones don’t understand how to play to the maximum of their limits, then every game becomes damn difficult. The French experienced this. I narrowly won against Iceland two to one, so no one was able to get through that easily. And that’s why I think the little ones have caught up. And that’s why I believe we can keep up with the best. The question will be whether we can do this over several games or just once.
