Open VLD chairman and Brussels negotiator for his party, Frédéric De Gucht warned on Tuesday evening in ‘Terzake’ that a shutdown in Brussels will be a reality in April or May. He also denounced the “fundamental lack of attention to Brussels” from the Flemish parties in particular.
