Noemi returns live with the Nostalgia Indoor Tour
“I think that in this tour, which closes the year, I was pleased to take a journey within what has been my career, but starting from this year, because it starts with Sand you fall in love you die. Then the idea was to tell about this album called Nostalgia. I believe that on a scenographic level Ace, who is the artistic director, gave me some incredible settings that are in deep connection with what the story of the songs is, of the lyrics, but also with the musical evolution of the entire concert. My piano will also be there. I also play some pieces on piano and voice, in this way, because it’s something that excites me so much.”
A musical story that crosses past and present. The new single was previewed in Florence White written by Riccardo Zanotti and Etta. “It’s a song that I find profoundly poetic, but also very ironic. It talks about this disengagement that exists today: we are very focused on ourselves. So, even in relationships, this ‘forever’ struggles a bit to arrive, struggling because we tell ourselves a lot of lies. This White, which is the white lie, it’s this fake name that you can give during an evening, perhaps while someone who’s a bit friendly is chatting. It’s very funny, it’s very cute.”
The commitment with One, None, One Hundred Thousand
She has been busy for years with the foundation One, None, One Hundred Thousand. “The best thing is to use the attention you have on yourself to divert the light onto an important topic such as violence against women, gender equality. It is a topic on which Una, Nella, Centomila truly makes a difference on the field. In the concerts we have done, what was collected was donated in a very thoughtful way to some anti-violence centers that really needed these grants. So for me it’s a great honor. I thank Fiorella Mannoia who included me in this project from the first moment and we hope to continue for a long time to come, truly doing something.”
Noemi’s Tour will end with great event on December 20th at the Palazzo dello Sport in Rome with many guests.
