At 10:15 p.m., two men suddenly appear in Kele’s restaurant on Burgemeester Vening Meineszlaan in Amsterdam. According to him, one of them had a gun, the other a large knife. They asked him for money. But Kele is not afraid, he says afterwards.
Ultimately, both robbers ran from the restaurant without any loot. A neighbor who was walking his dog saw the scene and called the police.
The police have started an investigation and are still looking for the two suspects.
