Things haven’t been going well for Kris Boyd recently due to an injury. He is now in critical condition after being shot in the stomach.

According to media reports, professional football player Kris Boyd from the NFL team New York Jets suffered a gunshot wound while visiting a restaurant in Manhattan and is in stable but critical condition. The New York Police Department told the US broadcaster ESPN. The Jets emphasized: “We are aware of the situation surrounding Kris Boyd and will have no further comment at this time,” a spokesman said.

The incident is said to have occurred on the night of Saturday to Sunday. The 29-year-old was hit twice in the stomach after an argument outside the restaurant, according to the New York Post. Police are now looking for a man who fled in a blue BMW and is believed to be connected to the shooting.
