Dr. Janneke Wittekoek: obesity pandemic requires action for sustainable health

I want to live here, I thought during my first and only visit to Moerdijk. I bought a Mitsubishi engine block from a shipyard for Het Schip van Bijleg, as I had named my then sloop, not without reason. The maritime-industrial atmosphere in and around that former ferry port on the Hollands Diep gave the village’s sense of solidarity an extra touch. I really liked that.
