The prosecutor demands a fine for grossly endangering traffic safety for a man in his twenties who plays in the Norwegian Hockey League.
According to the challenge application, at the end of August, the player drove at a speed of 134 kilometers per hour on a four-lane road, even though the speed limit for the section was 80 kilometers per hour. The speeding was measured around 01:25 at night.
According to the prosecutor, the act was capable of causing serious danger to the life or health of another person. In the prosecutor’s opinion, the player must be sentenced to a maximum fine of 65 days.
In the preliminary investigation, the player admitted the act. He said he passed the truck. Below was the E-Class Mercedes-Benz model year 2018.
