Vanderhaeghe played almost 500 professional matches, including more than 200 for Anderlecht, where he won seven national titles. As a trainer, he was at the helm of KV Kortrijk, KV Oostende, AA Gent and Cercle Brugge, accounting for more than 300 matches in the highest division.
At Francs Borains he is tasked with putting the team back on the right track and developing a sustainable project. Vanderhaeghe will lead his first training tomorrow.
