Humberto Tan and Gert Verhulst both receive a slap from Today Inside mustache Johan Derksen. “I am allergic to Humberto Tan. Everything that man does is exaggerated,” he shouts.
It doesn’t surprise Johan Derksen at all that the new Humberto Tan show Fortunately We Have The Photos Still flopped. He criticizes the RTL 4 presenter for the umpteenth time at the table Today Inside. “I am allergic to Humberto Tan. Everything that man does is exaggerated,” said the 76-year-old opinion maker.
Exaggerated
Humberto is not genuine, Johan thinks. “Overly cheerful, overly sympathetic, overly gloomy. Everything overdone. Let the real Roberto Tan, er Humberto Tan, stand up. I think he’s such a terrible man.”
This new program, in which he takes photos with the stars abroad, is ‘stupid’, says Johan. He himself does not want to participate. “No. Well, he wouldn’t invite me either, but I never participate in those kinds of things. It’s always the same ones who participate.”
Gert not welcome
Gert Verhulst also receives a verbal slap from Johan. The VI mustache confirms that he doesn’t want him at the table. “I don’t see the point of having a Belgian at the table, because he doesn’t know what’s going on in the Netherlands. The only nice story Verhulst has is that he fucked all three of K3 and after that I’m no longer interested.”
Colleague Wilfred Genee: “I think he will be more fun than you expect. He knows everything that is going on in the Netherlands.”
Keep a close eye
Reporter Merel Ek thinks a lot milder about Gert. “He always has a lot of Dutch people at the table. Thomas also recently sat at his table.”
Johan: “Yes, but that man cannot discuss the Dutch issues that we are addressing here. I would not be able to do that in Belgium either.”
Wilfred concludes: “But he keeps a really close eye on the Netherlands!”
