Chris Isaak was no longer seen live in Germany for 12 years. That changed last year when the singer made stops in Lörrach, Cologne and Berlin on his European tour.
There will be another reunion with the 69-year-old next year, as he will perform an exclusive gig in Essen at the Lichterburg on July 13th.
Isaak will once again play a best of his diverse repertoire, including hits “Wicked Game”, “Blue Hotel” and “Baby Did A Bad Thing”. You can also expect cover versions like “Can’t Help Falling in Love” and “Pretty Woman”.
In 40 years he enriched pop culture as a musician and actor, recording thirteen studio albums during that time.
His appearances in The Silence of the Lambs, Twin Peaks the Movie and That Thing You Do! were remembered, as were his songs in films like “Eyes Wide Shut” and “True Romance”. On television he had his “Chris Isaak Show” and was a judge on “The X Factor” in Australia.
